    Travis Felix

    Doctor of Physical Therapy, Owner

    Travis graduated from the University of Utah Department of Physical Therapy program in 2012 following the completion of a Bachelors degree in Spanish. Since that time, he has worked in both orthopedic outpatient and industrial physical therapy clinics. Travis loves helping people complete their goals, rehab and return to the activities they love. When not spending time with patients, Travis loves being with his family, golfing whenever he can, participating in a variety of sports, baking and traveling.

    Julie Martinez

    Office Manager

    Julie has been working at OTSP since March of 2012. She enjoys helping patients with their journey to full recovery, including insurance questions and financial concerns that they may have. Raised in Brigham City, Julie is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves being outside gardening, skiing and playing ice hockey. Her favorite thing is to be with her family.

    Post Surgery Treatment

    If five stars were the most that could be given for a review, it wouldn’t be enough. My physical therapy experience at Orthopaedic Therapy & Sports Performance has been a 10 plus. I had my knee replaced 6 months ago and wasn’t sure what to expect. The owner and staff went above and beyond to explain things and offer different techniques to get the movement back in my knee. They listened to concerns I had and found options and solutions for them. The facility is clean and the pool therapy is a game changer! I’m having my other knee replaced in a month and know that I’ll be well taken care of when I go back. Thank you Travis and staff for providing excellent quality care to those who walk through your doors, and making us feel like family.

    OTSP…..Best Care Anywhere!

    Recovering from surgery or an injury is not easy. It takes many hours of hard work to recover lost functionality. Over the last 10 years, I have had more than my share of orthopedic needs and have visited numerous physical therapy practices. I can truthfully say that the staff at OTSP is the BEST that I have encountered. They are very compassionate, knowledgeable and they treat you as if you are one of their family. This makes each visit something to anticipate, not dread.

    I would like to thank Travis, Alex, Aubrey, Trevor, Maddie, Kaili, Julie and all of the others, whose names I cannot remember, for their compassionate care. With my orthopedic history, I am sure I will see you again soon!
